Hostinger vs Contractor Autopilot
Hostinger is $2.99–$7.99/mo on a long intro term, renewing at $10.99–$25.99/mo — plus your time — and it is one piece of your business. Contractor Autopilot is $149–$499/mo flat for the whole company, unlimited users: one source of truth, 60+ features from the missed call to the paid invoice. No integrations to build, nothing to keep in sync.
What Hostinger does well
Genuinely cheap, fast hosting with an AI builder — if you enjoy doing it yourself, it is hard to beat on price.
Best for: DIY owners who want the cheapest possible hosting and do not mind building it themselves.
Where it leaves you exposed
- →You are the web designer, the SEO, the copywriter and the person who updates it — and it is always the thing that gets put off.
- →No pipeline, quoting, invoicing, reviews or phone. It is hosting.
- →Cheap hosting plus five tools plus your evenings is not cheaper than one system.
One app for the whole business — finally
You are the integration.
The call, the lead, the quote, the job, the invoice, the review and the website all live on the same customer record. Your whole crew and your office get their own login — we never charge per seat.
Get found, capture leads, quote & close, run jobs, get paid — the whole business, not one slice of it.
No Zapier, no CSV exports, no paying a consultant to wire your tools together every time something changes.
The time it gives you back
Every hour you spend fighting a page builder is an hour not spent quoting. We build the site, keep it current, and it feeds the same pipeline as your calls.
What it really costs to run Hostinger
Until now, nobody ran a contracting business on one app. Here is the rest of the bill you are still paying.
| Hostinger | $3–$12/mo |
| Your time building and updating it | the expensive part |
| CRM / quoting / invoicing | $80–$350/mo |
| Answering service | $300+/mo |
| Reviews + social | $50–$150/mo |
| Typical all-in | $430–$810/mo plus your evenings |
| Contractor Autopilot — all of it, one bill | $149–$499/mo |
Stack costs are typical published US market rates for each category, August 2026. Your numbers will vary — run our free business review and we will price your actual stack.
What it costs at 1, 5 and 10 people
Their price grows with your crew. Ours does not — every plan is unlimited users, so the tenth hire costs you nothing in software.
| Crew size | Hostinger | + what it doesn't include | Their all-in | Contractor Autopilot |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Just you | $10/mo | $900/mo | $910/mo | $499/mo |
| 5 people | $10/mo | $900/mo | $910/mo | $499/mo |
| 10 people | $10/mo | $900/mo | $910/mo | $499/mo |
At five people that is $910 a month — more than Autopilot Pro — and it still does not answer your phone, build your website, or ask your customers for reviews.
Same money buys the whole business instead of one slice of it: 60+ features across all five stages, unlimited users, one bill.
Hostinger column uses their published list price, read 20 August 2026. "What it doesn't include" is the same basket every time: answering service ~$300, website and hosting ~$150, reviews and social ~$100, local SEO help ~$300. Our column is Autopilot Pro at $499/mo — everything, unlimited users. Starter is $149 and Autopilot is $399.

The honest verdict
Hosting is $5. The business system around it is what you are actually missing — and the evenings you spend on the site are the most expensive line on the bill.
We aren't for everyone
Stay on Hostinger if any of this is you. We would rather lose the sale than take money from a contractor we make worse off.
- —You enjoy building the site yourself and being found on Google is not on your list this year. If nobody needs to answer the phone or chase a quote, a builder is cheaper than us.
- —Your books live in QuickBooks Desktop. Our QuickBooks connection is not live in production yet, and there is no two-way Desktop sync coming. Do not break month-end for a website.
- —You run 10 or more techs with memberships, commission plans and a real dispatch board. That is ServiceTitan's job. We would be a downgrade and we will say so.
- —You are mid-contract. What you still owe on a term deal is real money, not sunk cost — put us on your renewal date instead of paying two bills.
- —You already have more leads than you can work and only need to send invoices. A bundle you do not use is not a saving.
None of that you? Then the rest of this page is worth your ten minutes.
Questions contractors ask
I already built my own site. Is that wasted?
No. Keep it running while you trial us; most contractors switch once they see the calls and quote requests land in one place.
